UPDATE: Bladez Fitness is no longer making ellipticals with the BH label. They have switched back to using the Bladez name on all of their equipment.

The BH Fitness X3 elliptical has a number of technology advantages to be aware of, such as the exclusive Adjustable Width Technology (AWT) system that allows you to actually change the spacing of the pedals to your preferred comfort level.
It also has a true elliptical glide motion, stable steel frame, quiet and durable Poly V belt drive system, and dual guide rails with concave wheels for better stability.
Other features of the BH Fitness X3 include pulse grip sensors in the stationary handlebars, moving arms for an upper body workout, and a robust warranty of three years on parts and one-year for in-home labor.
You may not know much about BH Fitness or come across many reviews of their products but they are a large, worldwide manufacturer of cardio equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, and exercise bikes, with other brand names in their stable including Bladez and Ion Fitness.
So if you happen to see this model listed as a Bladez X3 elliptical – it is technically the BH Fitness X3. Bladez Fitness was acquired by BH North America in 2007, and while the two brands do not share frames or styles, some online retailers interchange the names.
The BH Fitness X3 elliptical trainer and the slightly more expensive X4 model are well-made, solid pieces of equipment built on quality parts.
Its lone drawback is that it does take longer to assemble, about three hours, but if that doesn’t intimidate you, then you are in for a pleasant surprise.
BH Fitness makes excellent cardio equipment with many awards to show for their innovations, and while the X3 lands among their entry-level models, it is a good choice for a budget elliptical at just $849.
