Bodycraft Elliptical Reviews
BodyCraft elliptical trainers haven’t received a lot of press or recognition yet. The company has only been making elliptical machines for a few years, and there just hasn’t been a lot of fan-fare about their cardio workout line in general. This is mostly due to their heavy focus on home gym equipment and free weights, where BodyCraft has been hugely successful for years.
UPDATE: BodyCraft is no longer making elliptical machines. Take a look at NordicTrack for comparable models.
BodyCraft currently offers two elliptical trainers around the $1,000 mark, and if you shop around you can get a good discount by hitting the sales at some of the Internet shops.
So far, what you get for the money seems to be reliable and well-constructed. Features that are particularly desirable on elliptical cross trainers are standard on BodyCraft elliptical trainers, including eddy current braking systems and an adjustable stride length to accommodate users of various sizes.
BodyCraft backs their elliptical trainers with a lifetime frame warranty, 3 years on parts and 1 year on labor, which is a good indication of their faith in the quality of the machines. Customers who have purchased BodyCraft elliptical machines are pleased with them, citing the solid construction and excellently machined parts. They also feel that the comfort of the designs is impressive.
It’s too soon to tell if BodyCraft will succeed in the elliptical trainer marketplace, but if they put the same knowledge and design savvy into them that they’ve put into their home gyms and weight training systems, they should come out on top. The company has such an excellent reputation with home gym owners that they should have a ready-made customer base for their new cardio business. We predict that within the next five years, BodyCraft elliptical trainers will be one of the top brands in their price range.
