The Word on the Street

The heavy (215-pound) ProForm 10.0 CE elliptical with solid steel construction has upper body workout arms to increase cardio benefits and give you a total body workout.

It also features 18 digital resistance levels, a water bottle holder, transport wheels, oversized traction-control pedals, handlebar sensors for heart rate monitoring, and a one-step SpaceSaver design.

The stride length has three different positions at 16, 18 and 20 inches so that you can pick the most comfortable fit for yourself, or use all three to create more muscle recruitment in the legs.

The built-in workouts include 9 Performance and 9 Weight Loss Workouts. The iFit Live™ technology gives you the ability to download additional workouts from the Internet such as Powered by Google maps, training with Jillian Michaels, and more.

This wireless technology requires a home wireless network and the iFit Live adapter (not included).

Our Thoughts

Typically, the ProForm 10.0 CE is on sale ranging in price from $599 to $799. While the ergonomics and noise level are somewhat disappointing, it is still one of the better elliptical trainers on the market for under $600 on sale.

This is an upgrade on Proform’s very popular 10.0ZE model that got very good reviews last year so you can expect the ProForm 10.0 CE elliptical to be a big seller for ProForm.
