Comments for Smooth Fitness CE 3.2 Elliptical - Fun to Use, Great Machine

Smooth fitness is a terrible company to work with-stay away! I have 2-3 year-old elliptical that after moderate use (i weigh 170lbs and used the machine 2-3 times per week) developed a crack in the frame rendering it unusable.

The frame has a lifetime warranty- or so the company claims. I reported the problem in May and I still have a broken machine. Smooth states the part is on back order and they keep moving the date of when I can expect it back. Currently we are 2 weeks past the most recent date they said I would receive it and nothing.

After several emails to customer service I finally heard back; the entire reply is "I have no info on arrival date". Certainly not the type of customer service you would expect with equipment in this price range.

They do not reply to calls/emails, they have never reached out to me proactively to update me. All in all a terrible experience with Smooth Fitness. Look to another brand!
